Rooted Wholistics is led by Crystal Berscht, Registered Nurse and Holistic Nurse Coach. Through clinical experience and deep training in holistic, trauma-aware care, Crystal supports people with grounded and compassionate space — whether walking together in community or exploring personal wellness through coaching.
