At Rooted-Wholistics, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.

This is care rooted in relationship, safety, and presence. As a registered nurse and holistic coach, my role is to walk beside you — helping you uncover what’s needed most and create rhythms that truly support your whole self.

Following my signature Root, Bloom, Flourish framework, you are guided through an intentional process based on the five foundational steps of nursing care: Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

We begin by slowing down, listening deeply, and exploring your story, your body’s rhythms, and the root causes beneath the surface.

1:1 Holistic Nurse Coaching

In this short-term coaching program, we’ll work together to explore what feels most pressing for you right now with one-on-one sessions. Whether that’s navigating burnout, supporting emotional well-being, or creating sustainable habits that actually fit your life.

What it is: Trauma-informed coaching tailored to your needs.

Who it’s for: Women seeking clarity, balance, and whole-person support.

What you’ll walk away with: Tools for nervous system regulation, grounded strategies for change, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

  • A recorded grounding practice tool for balance and calm

  • Email support between sessions with valuable insights and resources for you to reference and reflect on beyond our time together

We begin with a 20-minute Connection Call to get to know each other and start your journey to finding wholeness again.

Root

Perfect if you’re looking for a gentle entry point into holistic coaching, with focused support and tools you can implement over 6-8 weeks of working together.

  • One 60-minute initial assessment to holistically explore your journey to this point and identify where you want to move toward from here.

  • Three 30-minute follow-up sessions for compassionate support, guidance, and accountability.

  • Time frame: 6-8 weeks.

For those ready to nurture themselves more deeply, strengthen self-compassion, and develop practical habits of self-care that last.

  • One 90-120 minute initial assessment and exploration session - a deep dive into your story, strengths, and challenges with space for reflection and to identify inventions for moving forward.

  • Three 45-60 minute follow-up sessions for continued compassionate support, reflection,  and to refine your intentions

  • Time frame: 6-8 weeks.

Flourish

Designed for those who want to explore who they are at their core, create lasting transformation in their lives, and experience long-term support.

  • One 90-120 minute initial assessment with a holistic and comprehensive exploration of your story, current patterns, intentions, and desires.

  • Five 45-60 minute follow-up sessions for steady and ongoing support to help you integrate change and stay aligned with your values

    Time frame: 3 to 4 months.

Individual 1-1 Session

Sometimes you just need a safe space to pause, reflect, and receive support in the moment. A single holistic coaching session offers compassionate, trauma-informed guidance to help you feel grounded and clear on your next steps.

This is ideal if you:

  • Need a one-time reset or tune-up

  • Desire occasional support after completing a coaching package

  • A 75-minute, one-on-one conversation rooted in relationship, safety, and presence
